 High Protein Biscoff Cake
 High protein cake ready in less than 30 mins? Yes please!
Ingredients:
- 1 Egg
 - 30g Biscoff Spread
 - 30g Instant Oats
 - 1 Crushed Lotus Biscuit
 - 100g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
 - 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
 
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together
 - Cook at 220 degrees for 20 mins
 - Drizzle on melted biscoff spread (optional)
 - Enjoy!
